How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days (a little longer during holidays), then shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–8 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $75. Under $75, standard shipping is a flat $6.95.

Right now we ship to addresses in the United States.
Can I return or exchange something?
Because each piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size, so please check the size guide before you order. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost. See our Return & Refund Policy.
How do the clothes fit?
Each product page has its own size guide with measurements in inches. Our hoodies and tees are heavyweight and cut relaxed; if you're between sizes, size down for a closer fit or stay true to size for the intended look. See the size guide.
Will you restock a design?
No. Each drop runs for a limited time, and when it closes those designs are retired. If you want something, get it while the drop is open.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at info@streetlightclub.com as soon as possible. Orders go into production quickly, so we can only change or cancel an order within a few hours of it being placed.
How do I care for my pieces?
Wash inside out in cold water and hang dry or tumble dry low. Don't iron directly on prints or embroidery. Garment-dyed pieces are washed during production, so each one has a slightly different, lived-in tone.
