These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of streetlightclub.com and any purchase you make from Streetlight Club. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. That email confirms we received your order. We may cancel an order, for example if a product can't be produced or we can't verify payment, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

2. Made-to-order products

Our products are produced individually after you order. Small variations in color, print placement and garment-dye tone are a normal part of the process and are not defects.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Streetlight Club name, logo, designs, text and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.

6. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
